CCS Facades work with suitably qualified and independent regulatory bodies to ensure full compliancy with current statutory requirements.
Our inhouse design team work with the regulatory bodies during the design and specification stage for early engagement and input as well as pre-construction sign-off of proposed recladding products and materials.
The qualified and independent regulatory bodies typically provide routine visits for inspection and sign off at all key stages of the remediation works and are contracted to provide an EWS1 certificate upon completion of the remediation works.
