Major Works Division
Our Major Works Division is expertly positioned to deliver façade and envelope packages ranging from £3 million to £20 million across commercial, residential, retail, and public-sector projects. Operating throughout the Midlands, Home Counties, London, South Coast and the South East, our experienced team manages the full design, supply, and installation process. We work in partnership with Tier 1 and regional contractors to ensure compliant, high-quality delivery at scale.

Minor Works Division
Our Minor Works Division has been established to support the fire remediation sector by undertaking intrusive FRAEW opening-up works, producing detailed remediation reports, and assisting with EWS1 form completions. We also provide access equipment, site management, and public access certificates where required, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition towards full remediation. Where necessary, projects can seamlessly progress to our Major Works Division for the full replacement of non-compliant cladding systems.
