Napier Gateway is a landmark residential-led, mixed-use development located near Luton Parkway Airport. Our works package, valued at £3m, comprised the design, supply, and installation of key façade elements, including 4,200m² of SFS and 4,230m² of aluminium windows, doors, and curtain walling. This extensive scope supported the delivery of a high-quality modern scheme, balancing residential, retail, and leisure uses in a prominent location.
