Facade Awards: CCS Facades Shortlisted for Two Categories at the 2025 Facade Awards

We’re proud to announce that CCS Facades has been shortlisted in two categories at the 2025 Façade Awards, recognising our commitment to technical excellence, quality delivery and standout façade design across the UK.

The Façade Awards celebrate the very best in building envelope innovation — and we’re honoured to join a select list of finalists in both the Best New Build Project (Domestic) and Best Use of a Curtain Walling System categories.

Best New Build Project (Domestic)

Our nominated works included the design, supply, and installation of 3,500 m² of Petrarch A2-rated reconstituted stone rainscreen panels, integrated with the Sotech Optima FC+ aluminium hook-on system.

Delivered across five buildings ranging from 9 to 16 storeys, the development features 480 mixed-tenure apartments alongside a shared car park, retail and office spaces at ground level.

This complex, high-rise project showcases our capability to deliver fully coordinated façades across multi-use environments — balancing technical precision, durability, and visual performance at scale.

Westfield Shopping Centre, Shepherds Bush – for Ministry of Sound
At Westfield London, CCS Facades was tasked with a complex retrofit — modifying the existing Paroc panel and stone façade to accommodate structural openings for the installation of a new curtain walling system.

Delivered on a live site with tight tolerances, the project required precise coordination to maintain the performance of the existing rainscreen while meeting the revised design and operational requirements of Westfield’s new tenant, Ministry of Sound.

Being shortlisted in two award categories is a strong endorsement of the hard work and dedication our teams deliver across all projects — from design coordination through to installation on site.

We’re Hiring: Senior Facade Designer 🚨

📍 Location: High Wycombe (preferred) | Hybrid / Flexible for the right person

We’re looking for a Senior Facade Designer with strong technical ability and the mindset to take ownership, solve problems and deliver high-quality design work as part of our growing team. If you’re detail-led, proactive and confident working across complex facade packages – this is for you.

You’ll focus on:

✔ Producing and reviewing facade drawings, details and full design packages

✔ Preparing technical submissions aligned to project requirements & UK regulations (incl. fire)

✔ Liaising with PMs, engineers and consultants to keep delivery on track

✔ Taking ownership of design deliverables with minimal supervision

You’ll bring:

✔ Proven facade design experience (beyond general CAD)

✔ A detail-focused, process-driven working style with up-to-date regulatory knowledge

✔ A positive, solution-minded attitude and willingness to learn and grow

A salary range of £45k to £62k commensurate with experience.

Facades Design Manager

We’re Hiring: Facades Design Manager 🚨

📍 Location: High Wycombe (preferred) / Hybrid | Flexible for the right person

We’re looking for a Facades Design Manager with a strong technical grounding and the mindset to lead, collaborate and raise standards across our growing design function. If you take ownership, solve problems and bring the best out of those around you, we want to talk.

You’ll focus on:

✔ Coordinating a small design team to deliver right-first-time outputs

✔ Reviewing technical submissions, drawings and documentation

✔ Working closely with the Senior/Head of Design and project teams

✔ Managing design progress, risks and compliance with UK regs (incl. fire)

✔ Mentoring junior designers and embedding best practice

You’ll bring:

✔ Solid facades systems knowledge and attention to detail

✔ Clear, confident communication with PMs, engineers and consultants

✔ A proactive, positive, growth mindset

A salary range of £60k to £75k commensurate with experience.
