CCS Facades is proud to be working with RED Construction Group on the redevelopment of The Buckley Building in Clerkenwell. Public CCS LinkedIn copy describes the building as occupying a prominent island site at the gateway to Clerkenwell Green, with the wider transformation reimagining a 1930s warehouse into 89,500 sq ft of modern workspace.

Our scope includes approximately 2,200m² of Reynaers curtain walling, windows and doors, a 14m-wide feature Reynaers Hi-Finity lift and sliding door at roof level, approximately 450m² of scalloped NBK terracotta overcladding supported from the Reynaers curtain walling, and approximately 350m² of aluminium perforated cladding. Together, these elements support a facade package that combines high-performance glazing with more expressive architectural finishes.

This is a landmark commercial redevelopment in one of London’s most recognisable design districts, and we are pleased to be supporting the wider team as works progress on site.
