Works are progressing well at Westfield London – The Village Offices, where CCS Facades is delivering a specialist facade package as part of the transformation of a well-known retail anchor into modern office accommodation. Public CCS-linked project updates describe the scheme as a live redevelopment at Westfield London, with fire-rated facade systems forming a central part of the package.

Our scope includes the design, supply and installation of Aluprof EI30 fire-rated curtain walling, fire-rated glazing, fire-rated doorsets, timber effect feature spandrel panels and architectural steel balustrading. The project requires careful coordination to meet the fire compartmentation strategy while maintaining the clean, contemporary finish expected within a high-end commercial environment.
