Procure Plus Framework for Building Safety and Compliance Works

We’re pleased to confirm CCS Facades has been appointed to the Procure Plus Framework for Building Safety and Compliance Works, securing a place under Lot 11: External Fabric Improvements to Medium and High Rise Buildings. The lot covers building safety, compliance and external improvement works across medium and high-rise residential properties.

The appointment reflects CCS’s established capability across building safety remediation, external fabric improvements, facade replacement and upgrade works, and medium and high-rise building envelope projects – delivered either as Principal Contractor or as a specialist subcontractor. It provides clients with a structured procurement route to access CCS’s specialist facade expertise for safety-led external works.

Senior Facade Designer

We’re Hiring: Senior Facade Designer 🚨

📍 Location: High Wycombe (preferred) | Hybrid / Flexible for the right person

We’re looking for a Senior Facade Designer with strong technical ability and the mindset to take ownership, solve problems and deliver high-quality design work as part of our growing team. If you’re detail-led, proactive and confident working across complex facade packages – this is for you.

You’ll focus on:

✔ Producing and reviewing facade drawings, details and full design packages

✔ Preparing technical submissions aligned to project requirements & UK regulations (incl. fire)

✔ Liaising with PMs, engineers and consultants to keep delivery on track

✔ Taking ownership of design deliverables with minimal supervision

You’ll bring:

✔ Proven facade design experience (beyond general CAD)

✔ A detail-focused, process-driven working style with up-to-date regulatory knowledge

✔ A positive, solution-minded attitude and willingness to learn and grow

A salary range of £45k to £62k commensurate with experience.

We’re looking for a Facades Design Manager with a strong technical grounding and the mindset to lead, collaborate and raise standards across our growing design function. If you take ownership, solve problems and bring the best out of those around you, we want to talk.

You’ll focus on:

✔ Coordinating a small design team to deliver right-first-time outputs

✔ Reviewing technical submissions, drawings and documentation

✔ Working closely with the Senior/Head of Design and project teams

✔ Managing design progress, risks and compliance with UK regs (incl. fire)

✔ Mentoring junior designers and embedding best practice

You’ll bring:

✔ Solid facades systems knowledge and attention to detail

✔ Clear, confident communication with PMs, engineers and consultants

✔ A proactive, positive, growth mindset

A salary range of £60k to £75k commensurate with experience.
