CCS Facades is nearing completion at Paragon Estate in Brentford, where we are delivering a major facade remediation package across four student accommodation buildings ranging from 12 to 17 storeys. The live CCS project page values the scheme at £13.9m and confirms delivery for Equans Ltd.

Our works comprise the removal of the existing facade and the redesign, supply and installation of 2,500m² of composite windows, 3,500m² of curtain walling, 10,000m² of aluminium and terracotta cladding, 10,000 linear metres of pressed aluminium feature banding and 16,000 linear metres of cavity barrier. The scale of the scheme has required close control across sequencing, interfaces and quality throughout.

As the project moves into its final stages, Paragon Estate stands as a strong example of CCS’s capability in large-scale remediation, combining compliance, coordination and consistent delivery across complex multi-block residential facades.
