CCS Facades has completed works at Capital Interchange Way, a major residential-led mixed-use development in Brentford delivered for Telford Homes. The CCS project page describes the scheme as providing 420 new homes alongside 4,200 sqm of retail and commercial space.

Our full facade package included 8,500m² of aluminium windows, doors, louvres and curtain walling, together with 1,500m² of stone cladding, 2,000m² of aluminium rainscreen cladding and 500m² of brickslip cladding, plus all associated flashings and ancillaries. Bringing these systems together across a large, mixed-use scheme required close coordination from design through to installation.

With the project now at handover stage, Capital Interchange Way reflects the quality, consistency and technical delivery CCS brings to major residential facade packages in high-profile urban settings.
