It was great to welcome our supply chain partner, Bailey Total Building Envelope, to Paragon Estate for a joint site visit and team-building day. The visit began with a walk around the project, giving the Bailey team the opportunity to see the aluminium rainscreen system installed by CCS Facades across these landmark high-rise modular buildings.

As one of the UK’s earliest high-rise modular developments – and once recognised as the tallest modular building in the country — the remediation of Paragon Estate has required careful coordination, detailed design integration and close collaboration across the project team and supply chain. From existing tolerances to complex interfaces, this type of remediation relies on strong relationships, clear communication and a shared commitment to delivery.

The teams then headed to Clays in central London for some friendly competition and time together away from site. Our thanks to Bailey for joining us — a great day, and a strong reminder of the value that trusted supply chain partnerships bring to complex facade remediation projects.
